Training
The importance of good qualifications
We believe in our people and we appreciate how important training can be, which is why we invest in your future with a philosophy of encouragement and development. All of which means we're very good at retaining staff.
At Armstrong Watson you'll readily appreciate the benefits of joining a medium sized firm with Investors in People accreditation. A place where you become an integral part of the proceedings from day one, with real client responsibilities.
In fact, you'll soon come to realise that it's our clients that make it special. They acknowledge the service we deliver in the same way that you'll appreciate the people you're working with - making the most of the team spirit of working hard and playing hard.
Our training programmes
Under the guidance of our Training Schemes Manager we'll give you the utmost encouragement and support. We take your career development very seriously, with appraisal processes throughout. We provide exam tuition and on-the-job training to give you the broadest experience of professional development.
We are obviously selective in the types of people we look for. You have to have the right qualities and skills and, whilst we value the importance of education, we also consider you as a person - who you are and what motivates you.
Armstrong Watson is essentially a 'people business' and it's our relationship with all kinds of people that builds the firm and your career within it.
